Spoke to Joe clark about his work and my work, what the ideas were for the piece in the ICA and how it worked.
There was a lot of technology involved with the work, using computer programs and cirtuis to control the images projected in the work.
I think i can use some of the information in my work.

I am trying to make a system where i can have a light bulb in the work that pulses behind a piece of coloured perspex, after talking to Joe i had some ideas on how to make this happen.

So i will explore the use of computer programs and circuits in my work.

going to meet up with him later this week to talk about his work and mine.

Also going to the private view of the Modern British Sculpture at the Royal Academy tonight.

i want to make work that concentrates on materials, the process of construction and the change from an everyday object to an art object.
also thinking about the functionality of furniture/objects.
